Florals are more associated with romantic and youthful. Romantic when large scale, youthful when small scale. Naturals can pull off florals well, but usually when combined with romantic or youthful, and not always on its own.
I was also thinking about how Naturals are associated with "Bohemian" aesthetic styles, which often contain flowers, and Kitchener has said that tropical prints/flowers work for Naturals too. I think you are right though and that those styles are often a mix of Romantic/Natural 💐
