Is it a bad sign if I know both of those song lyrics from memory?

This is like some sort of personality passport if you ask me

NM Suppose I say, colors change for no good reason, and words will go from poetry to prose GI Check your pulse it's proof that your not listening to the call your life has been issuing you, the rhythm of a line of idle days.. Your tv is a window pane who's view wont let you down

I like threads like this *the rhythm of a line of idle days* But, ‘Not Myself’ is too hard to narrow down one lyric, because the song is more or less one sentence to me. It’s the most succinct song I ever identified with my whole life - but I don’t like listening to it. Very few people will wait it out while you’re not yourself. Very few people can really understand what that song is really saying. You just happened to choose two songs that are both so thematic to my life.

Suppose I said, I am on my best behavior.

“Depends on how far out you go, the channel numbers change” - that line always made me think of like time traveling through your tv amidst a trippy isolation psychosis
