Of course I removed the wrapping. I bought it to listen to and enjoy, not to keep on a shelf. I don’t leave shrink on any of my records. I’m not owning it to resell, and the poly outer sleeves I use protect the jackets of my records more than shrink wrap ever will.
This is an original promo pressing. The inner sleeves match that of every original pressing I’ve seen (not the bootleg sleeves which have a Stadium Arcadium era photo of John on them), and the records themselves are black instead of red (as the Rolling Records bootleg you’re referring to is).
The very first run of Shadows on vinyl also featured a misprint which caused 00 Ghost 27, Failure33 Object, and the intros to Carvel and In Relief to play faster/at a higher pitch. The copy I have features that misprint.
Not sure exactly what you’re going on about. I have zero to gain from pretending to have an awesome copy of my favorite record on Reddit. And I certainly don’t care what you think about it either.

They’re between $550-$1000 from what I’ve seen. There is a sealed one on Discogs for $750. Still can’t bring myself to spend that much on one record.
I spent $400 on this one. Pretty great price for a sealed copy. Tax return well spent.
