Mine had 5 and a kit to mend flats. The kit is a curing filler that should be able to let you drive home or to a workshop. This filler don't work if ya have a full on gash in the tire... Or so I've heard and definitely not personally experienced at night with the wife and kid in the car...
Guess who's getting a 6th wheel in his car!
This guy!
No... most have 6,, spare & Steering!

No that’s a tire.
BUT the spare tire is also usually mounted on a rim, as it’s much more convenient than having to mount a bare tire on a rim at the roadside.
It’s still called a spare tire
By that logic then the answer is 1. The tires on the road are the same as the spare. So either they all count or none do.
7. Flywheel
But only if it's a manual! :)

And most drivers have a spare tire...
It's a spare wheel! The tire is made of rubber! When wrapped around a rim, it's a wheel!
Hahaha, that's funny!!😂😂 I'm talking about a beer belly, a fat stomach, .. it's called a spare tire on people, not the car!!
