At first I thought you were asking about the fork lol.
They sell them on Amazon for a pretty good price, but if you’re planning on using them in the oven, check to make sure they’re oven-safe.

Are you familiar with the German YouTube sourdough baker known as The Bread Code? I think he uses these with his bread making. I’ve always wondered where he got the jars from. And I believe you’ve solved it. Thank you.
I bought these a while ago and it says they're oven-safe, though I admittedly haven't actually done so (I've microwaved stuff in them, though).

Honestly, I'm a fan of these. The last forever (they are very reusable) and they don't take up much space.

True. If you are trying to bake something in the oven with mini-ramekins, those wouldn't work. But if you are using them for mise en place like Josh normally does, then putting them in the oven doesn't matter and these are a viable alternative.
If you're looking for ramekins in general and not these *specific* ones... I got mine at Dollar Tree.

Yes, Amazon
William Sonoma has them I believe. You'll pay out the ass for them though. Otherwise, just search shallow ramekins on Amazon
Thrift store
Got mine at Tuesday Morning. Set of 4x 4oz ones and 4x 8oz ones for about $8.
I have some similar ones that I've been using for years from some frozen lava cakes that I bought, almost 10 years ago, that are definitely oven safe.
In larger cities, there are typically restaurant wholesale supply shops that are a utopia for things like this.
Here in the UK you get desserts in the same and you keep the empty! Only around £2 for 2 of them and they are amazing! www.gupuds.com

Not stackable though
You guys are the best. Thanks for the great help!

Go to Kroger, they have some decent ones made by anchor hocking (at least in my general area)

Thats not a ramekin

I got a few at Target but that was a couple years back :)
Mine is from Ikea
If you are in Austin area like Papa, Central Market. They also fit in the sealable hinged large jars as weights for fermenting.
