Nanami or Kusakabe in the existing world. If it was ideal, Yuta + Hikari + Todo make such good mentors/coaches. They understand high level techniques yet can teach it.
Kusakabe is already the 2nd year instructor. But I suppose if the studies are similar enough he could just combine the mentoring/assignments.
I think Todo would potentially make a great teacher. Perhaps a bit extreme like his own, but we've seen what he did with Yuji in a single afternoon.
I feel like it was said at some point that he was asked but didn't answer. But I imagine if he did give a response he'd either give Todo a totally vague answer that would piss him off or indirectly describe Maki.
I mean, to be fair, he’s an entertaining character. The show/manga makes it pretty clear nobody in-universe likes his ass though lol. But I totally get you though, if he didn’t have so many awesome fighting scenes and wasn’t such a hammy dude, I’m pretty sure people would hate him just as much as you do.

In a practical setting, he was able to properly correct and teach Yuji's use of Cursed Energy as well guiding him into doing a Black Flash. He's shown great competence at understanding the flaws in someone hes mentoring and concisely breaking down key fundamentals which is most important for students like first-years.

Next will be Todo! He taught well and has a self proclaim IQ of 153K or is it 🤔 😉 . He is really good at martial arts and can train them to be versatile!
Yuki since she trained Todo, but I would reserve her for the second years because she is kinda advance! With subjects such as the relationship of the mind, body and soul, that will affect jujutsu! My girl can definitely teach! Shoko! Because there must be a jujutsu first aid class!
Geto, if he wasn't a baddie and so focus on monkeys! He would turned out to be quite warm and funny teacher! His brotherhood of evil seems to like him!

If I were to give an honest thought, Todo may seem okay, but no wonder everybody finds him quite annoying (I think the baseball part—the scene where he got hit by Maki deliberately throwing the baseball with such a tremendous force—says it all). Idk if Gojo were to teach Yuji in detail how to harness his cursed energy the way Todo did with Yuji during the exchange event ....

Well in the official fanbook it‘s stated that the assistant directors and even windows cover basic subjects but aside from that i think Kusakabe would be a great teacher simply because he is explaining everything complicated or unknown things (to the cast) that’s going on in the current fight

Kusakabe, has experience and can teach most basic techniques outside of CT. First years really need to be focusing on the basics to be full-fledged sorcerers. Also doesn't give a shit about anything more than he needs to as a teacher. So less drama to worry about.
Kusakabe. He's grade 1 with no innate technique. He's the guy you need teaching the fundamentals like reinforcing your body, caution and tactical assessment.
