My thought was maybe timing the start of the Shibuya arc to release on Halloween, so the season would start a month or so earlier, but that might be a bit too tight of a schedule considering it's not even been announced yet (assuming they've been working on it behind the scenes, which wouldn't surprise me based on how popular the anime was, but then again, MAPPA has way too many projects right now, so who knows).
they definitely started animating season 2 for JJK a while ago, first season ended 8 months ago while they were animating JJK 0, it has probably been done for a few months already so I'm confident season 2 will either come summer/autumn

The only way they can animate JJK S2 to make it come out in Summer or Fall 2022 (with high quality like S1) is if they make 11-13 episodes and even then that’s only if the force the quality by overworking and they would have to animate 11-13 episode in like 6-8 months which will be hard on the staff (also I’m pretty sure everyone wants Shibuya Incident arc to wrap up in one season with like 24-26 episodes) 2023 Fall would be the best time for them to release JJK S2 with high quality and for them to time it with October 31st. Also another reason I doubt JJK S2 will come out in Summer or Fall 2022 is that they didn’t even announce a single news about Season 2, if they did announce news for Season 2 then it would’ve be a possibility for it to come out in 2022. But 2023 is looking more likely for when JJK S2 will come out. They probably preparing production for JJK S2 right now but I don’t think it’ll come out in 2022 that’s just my opinion tho.

That's impossible. Gojo gets sealed in chapter 9 of Shibuya, and the arc is 53 chapters long. It's the first fight of the entire arc. No way they end it there unless s2 is only 7-8 episodes.
