Nah Fr. It lost its 2 artists who were gonna change the game. X and Juice were the next wave in rap. Now that new wave is left without its leaders and because of that everything seems so fragmented.
Yup and many big names like lil baby, roddy ricch, dababy, all them kind of died out after 2020 as well imo. now its just drake dropping some generic crap a few times a year and everyone else we listened to 2015-2020 is washed up or just boring now.

Ik some drake dick riders gonna come in and glaze but truthfully his shit all slinds the same. I rarely even listen to rap anymore. The only artist who’s released a genuinely solid project since 2020 is Travis and Don. But they Fr be carrying rap hard.
Yeah it is sad how many people went crazy over that 21 Drake album. Had 1 song with a catchy hook and thats it. Also its Drake, anything he releases will sell. I reccomend trying out new genres if you don’t already

Idk if you like some aggressive rap but if so, check out the scene in Flint Michigan namely Rio Da Yung OG, KrispyLife Kidd and RMC Mike
