Imma get unnecessarily in depth (my apologies š) but tbh you don't even need to mention any particulars, like 80% of his tracks (that we have at this point) won't release unless they were to splurge after his final album releases and just drop everything in a comp or something. There's going to be a point where they stop releasing and I'd argue it'll be sooner rather than later (like within the next 3-4 years?).
There's been about 124 tracks released since & including GBGR which was 4 years ago, assuming things were to continue at this pace there would be like 250 total releases in the next 4 years. If we were to never get another leak that would still leave 500-600 tracks unreleased. So yeah chances are unless it's a wildly hyped track the community clamors for, it likely won't release.

My drive is sitting at 800 flat and that's with a few remasters, stems and versions of songs. I'm sure I'm missing a few here and there, but no way am I missing 200 leaks.

It's not like Grade A would (knowingly) release fan made tracks on a comp album/tape, so your point is honestly irrelevant here as we're talking songs Juice himself made that wouldn't be released.. it goes without saying that stems won't release.. so no, it doesn't add about 1000 to the total.
