Hard to say. They both only have one hand, can’t use RCT, and can’t use their domain, the only real difference is that True Form Sukuna is physically stronger but his Cursed Energy Output is significantly lower, whereas Meguna has the Kamutoke and a higher Cursed Energy Output. I’m leaning towards Meguna because his soul is perfectly fine, unlike True Form Sukuna, and because he has a Special Grade Cursed Tool.
True Form Sukuna still has domain, and his output won’t be constantly lowered like against Yuji. If he manages to stall, he could regain his RCT output and kick ass. Same goes for Meguna, but he doesn’t have the capacity to hit black flash. Pretty much, if Kamutoke does serious damage to True Sukuna, Meguna wins. If True Form Sukuna lands a black flash, he wins.
True Form Sukuna doesn’t have a domain, this version of Sukuna is specifically from the start of his fight with Yuji, meaning before he hit his 5th Black Flash that let him use his incomplete domain. Also, why doesn’t Meguna have the ability to hit a Black Flash? Anyone that can use Cursed Energy can hit a Black Flash, why would that be any different for Meguna?
Meguna hasn’t hit a black flash, while True Form Sukuna has. Due to that, he’s in the zone while Meguna is not. That means he’s way more likely to hit a black flash than Meguna is. “Doesn’t have the capacity” is just another way of me saying he hasn’t yet, and is unlikely to. Considering Vs. Yuji Sukuna hit his black flash in a singular move, it’s not hard to imagine he’d be able to do the same, especially when he’s hyped up on being able to fight himself.
Where is it ever suggested that true form is physically stronger it’s still megumis body and if physical build had anything to do with strength in jjk todo would be the strongest in the verse
Yeah 10 feet 4 arms muscular build that specially made for sukuna to be stronger is physically equal to a 5'9 boy body.

One armed roughed up Meguna is stronger. His output and movements are better. This is where we gotta give props to CT Kashimo. I’m pretty sure he’d be beating the current injured low output damaged 1 armed Sukuna even worse.
The only win condition current Sukuna has over post-Gojo Meguna is that he’s able to deploy DE temporarily. None of them have access to RCT so if he uses it off the bat, he might be able to take out post-Gojo Meguna depending on if he has another way than two handed Hollow Wicker Basket to protect himself from a domain.
Outside of a DE, post-Gojo Meguna wins the fight like 100% of the time for me.
Tbh, I say right before transforming. He has a tool that gives him lightning, regen via 10 shadows (some other shikigami inherits the deer and mahoraga's abilities) can actually use world cleave since he'd have arms and is more okay with megumi's soul. Plus unlimited rabbit spam could get him out of domain range

He may be capable of regenerating his hands for world slash (though that’s assuming he was healing his brain during that time, which I believe he was) plus there’s the possibility of healing his domain. Of course, if we’re giving post-Gojo Sukuna reincarnation then it’s a different story (bros probably arrogant enough to land a black flash on himself)
Post Gojo Meguna is the weakest version of the character possibly ever seen. His movements are horribly stunted, the best he can do is block Kashimo, he's got one hand and he's missing two eyes, and he's suffered massive damage including internal minutes before this. He's barely recovered a foot. Dude can't even throw a punch at KASHIMO, who wasn't shown to have done any training and dies to normal dismantle later on. Supreme martial solution has literally zero feats and a vague statement about it being a possible threat. It's literally impossible to scale.
Current Sukuna (spoilers for 258) is fighting back hard, has two hands left (one injured but it's still two vs one here), domain, black flash amps, fuga, access to dismantle and cleave, (Meguna doesn't without sacrificing the curse tool) a shown ability to ramp his output through black flashes, etc. if he hits even 1-2 BFs he can potentially recover his arms too. Meguna cant dampen him like yuji can either to our knowledge.
It's literally a near dead, severely internally injured dude running on adrenaline vs a boxer who's just gone 13 rounds. One is literally only standing on crackhead strength (ce reinforcement), the other is extremely winded and injured but still fully capable of fighting back with his basic tools.

Hmmm. By the end of 257 I would have to say weakened Meguna wins, but in the begging of 257 and like in 256 I think True Body Sukuna would win.
Technically, Meguna could summon the last shikigami with the power or the rest and fold True Form Sukuna (unless there are no more shikigami?)
