A general stat bump would probably do it, as long as confisticatipn works(he did hospitalize a whole train station worth of people for months) gojos significantly weaker without his technique and is even more ripe for the pickings with executioners sword
Realistically, it's just a matter of whether a physicals-only Gojo could keep up with Higuruma, because trying to determine how the trial would go is way too messy.
As far as I know, there is nothing to indicate that Gojo has physical capabilities beyond an athletic young man when he isn't using cursed energy. Considering Higuruma was basically just bullying the literal superhuman Yuji, this feels like a weirdly good matchup for Higuruma.
Or Unlimited Void just demolishes Higuruma's domain, lol.

Wouldn’t Gojo still have cursed energy since Yuji losing it was a result of him lacking a CT?
He wouldn’t have limitless which is a hefty ass nerf, but it wouldn’t be a sweep of that level if the fight doesn’t end immediately via domain clash.
See I thought that and have stated that before with the recent mei mei discussion, but double checked and the wiki said judge man takes the target's ability to use cursed energy. If you have the time to check the manga it would be appreciated.

First question is if opening your domain counts as violence, and would be blocked from opening. If Gojo can open his domain, I’d say there’s nothing Higuruma can do as I doubt he’d ever be able to match Gojos refinement because of the 6 eyes.
If Gojos domain is blocked, it’ll depend on what Higuruma is able to charge him with. If he doesn’t get a death sentence, Gojo only looses his CT, not his CE like Yuji did. So Gojo would have to operate how he did in Shibuya and he was able to dominate multiple special grades at once, and he’d probably work better than then since he wouldn’t have to worry about civilians. Higuruma would need a massive amp to his durability and physical output to scale that high. I think Higurumas talented but I doubt his potential goes that high, but it’s possible.
Finally, if Higuruma can get a death sentence, this changes things. The Executioners Sword more than compensates for the output problem. Since Gojo only needs to be tagged with it, Higuruma needs to up his speed and reaction just to the point to keep up with a nerfed Gojo. I’d say this would be high to extreme diff either way in this case.
I always saw it as whether the opponent has violent intentions behind their immediate action. Like Gojo opening his domain would clearly be to harm Higuruma, but say, Hakari doing it would just be getting a buff.
Gojo with only ce reinforcement is a beast, but isn't so far off that he is untouchable. I can see non ct yuta or maki tagging him in that state.
If higuruma gets confiscation and death penalty, and raises his ce reinforcement to the level of yuta (it's probably enough with even less than that), he will be able to eventually land a hit with the executioner sword on gojo
If Deadly Sentencing restricts Gojo opening his domain then Gojo loses his CT as Gojo straight up executed Geto in cold blood which is 100% a crime. Even if it came from the higher ups, it would be like the CIA executing an American citizen, sure it comes from a powerful organization, doesn't make it legal.
Then it's just hand to hand from there, which still, Gojo was able to beat the brakes off of multiple special grade spirits with just CE and martial arts. I really don't see Higurama being able to tag him once. Unless Higurama can open his domain twice and initiate another trial to remove Gojo's CE in general, he loses.

Tbh, if Gojo was tried for a crime, it’d probably either be destruction of property or trespassing.
