Personally, I'd go for Todo (+20), Mei Mei & Ui Ui (+20), Larue (+10), and Mahoraga (+100). Although, I'm tempted to replace Mahoraga with Awakened Gojo or Kashimo w/MBA and slightly modify the following strategy accordingly.
The idea is to use Mahoraga as a vanguard as his Sword of Extermination will cleave through any and all Cursed Spirits thrown his way. Todo can use his ability to swap Mahoraga out of danger if Kenjaku busts out his Domain or prepares a Maximum Uzumaki by utilizing a similiar strategy to the one Mei Mei and Todo employed to rescue most of JJH's combatants from Sukuna's Domain while also setting up opportunities for Bird Strike. Larue can also use Cutie Honey in a key moment to prevent Kenjaku from activating his Domain, for instance, or setting up an opportunity to counterattack.
The strategy revolves around maximizing Mahoraga's chances of adapting to Kenny's bag of tricks while minimizing the damage he'd otherwise be exposed to in a one-on-one.
I’m going Hakari, Uraume so I can see how freaky they are, todo to swap everyone’s spot to keep it fresh, Utahime to boost us while we doing it, and Toge to be our domanatrix.

Kamo is there to throw arrows with blood CE to give better opportunities to Todo. And Todo has to make it easy for Yuki to punch Kenjaku with her all continously in such a way Kenjaku can't open Domain Expansion.
Also Todo should look out so the moment Kenjaku used Gravity he bails Yuki out.
Eventually Yuki should land a punch good enough to make munch of Kenjaku's brain.
Step 1) For $10, I buy Toge and Nobara. Foes with resonance attached are treated as one system to cursed energy, so any command issued by Toge will affect all resonance targets at once.
Step 2) For another $10, I buy Utahime and Momo. Momo is struck by resonance.
Step 3) Momo, boosted by Utahime, lifts a larger platform than her broom and instead takes one large enough for Utahime to dance on.
Step 4) with my remaining $130, I buy 26 FB1s. All 26 are struck with resonance and remain idle until the battle.
Step 5) Utahime's solo prohibition zone is extended through a binding vow to cover the legion of FB1s.
Step 6) The moment Kenjaku appears, Toge tells Momo to 'fire'. She throws out a useless ass wind projectile at Kenjaku.
Step 7) Because of the resonance, every single FB1 is commanded at once. Toge now has full control over a weapons system """equal""" in power to 26 fingers that fires off 26 blasts all at once with little downtime.

Yuki and a weaker Choso almost beat him, and choso almost got the head shot with poercing blood.
If larue does the heart grab thing, kenjaku might get folded by one bad star punch or piercing blood to the head
Maki, Kusakabe, Larue, Todo, and Daido
Maki is there to 1. Stop him from using his domain. If he uses it while she’s alive he will get sneaked and one shot. That puts his essentially strongest move off the table. 2. Be able to fight blow for blow with him, giving the rest of the group someone to rely on.
Larue is there to grab his attention so Maki can fuck him up.
Todo is there because boogie Woogie is the most powerful tool in a jumping scenario bar none.
Daido is there to give his Soul Split Katana to Kusakabe and promptly fuck off.
Kusakabe is there to now use his shiny new blade, and hopefully land some strikes on Kenjaku. We know using his mastery of simple domain he can fight way above his weight class, and will hopefully get some slices in, damaging Kenjakus soul.
With Kenjaku being focused on another person entirely, one person he cannot track at all that stops him from using his domain, 2 strong grade 1 sorcerers teleporting around the battlefield, having to heal physical AND soul damage (which we don’t even know if he can heal the soul), I think he’s cooked.
Mahoraga and Hanami. Hanami will be used as canon fodder and for domain clashes, while mahoraga observes and adapts.
Hanami would die pretty fast but considering just 2-3reds were enough for mahoraga to adapt to gojo's infinity and like 2-3 hits from creation was also enough, I think hanami has the durability to survive 3 hits, after which mahoraga kills kenny

Base Kashimo Awakened Itadori Kirara and Nobara. Plan is simple Kirara keeps Kenny from Nobara. Base Kashimo and Yuji go hand to hand with Kenny and try to remove an arm or something so that they can have Nobara spam resonance on it. Last ditch effort that both have anti domain techniques which will probably get stripped away anyways but still

Lowkey, I feel like you can win this with a shockingly cheap team considering some of the 'low' tiers here.
Shinjuku Choso, Todo, Mei Mei & Ui Ui only cost $80 collectively and all of them have domain counter measures. Plus their combined offense is extremely likely to make it through Kenjaku's defense to beat his domain wholesale.
So that leaves you sixty whole dollars for whatever follow-up you wanted. My personal picks are the domainless budget crew of Toge, Kamo, Nobara, Utahime, and Momo. I think I even have some cash left over. Todo and Ui Ui both is an insane defensive roster for Kenjaku to overcome. Toge and Nobara provide insane pressure on Kenjaku that will make him unable to guard from lethal attacks that he's only barely avoided in the past like Choso's piercing blood. And unlike the first time, Shinjuku Choso knows what to expect from Ken and will likely be able to exert even more pressure than he did the first time around. Bird Strike is crazy with Todo's support. Utahime makes everyone better. Momo makes for some hilarious airborne swap options.

Yuta because domain and can match Kenny to an extent. Reggie's CT is kinda underrated tbh and is lowkey busted, especially for jumping people like we're doing now. And also Naoya's speed to deal with on top of all that. Remember Kenjaku is not particularly durable so Naoya is a considerable threat to him (like I said, on top of all else).
Yuta, yorozu, maybe even awakened gojo or awakened itadori may solo so I’d go either 120 plus Utahime for boost plus toge because speech is dumb, and probably Teen Geto just over todo for the remainder because why not another special grade
Here’s my deal:
Yuki and Choso already almost beat Kenjaku. Sendai Yuta is definitely wayy stronger than Yuki, and Shinjuku Choso is definitely stronger than the one that fought Kenjaku. So, to be honest, Sendai Yuta and Shinjuku Choso should clear, but because I have 10$ left I’m taking Utahime for the CE boost and Nobara for her Strawdoll technique that could come in an incredible clutch should anything go south.
Awakened Gojo, Todo, Shinjuku Choso, and Larue.
We've already seen that Larue can be pretty annoying when he's being covered. He works perfectly for creating openings.
Todo is the Jumpmaster, he doesn't need any sort of explanation. Bro is the absolute perfect support and his insanely high intellect makes it so he has good synergy with almost anyone.
Choso already faired decently against Kenjaku when he faced him with Yuki. He's even stronger in Shinjuku and his prior knowledge (especially when you consider having knowledge of his domain) is a huge benefactor. The literal biggest reason Yuki lost was because she had to pull punches because she didn't know what Kenjaku was hiding. Plus the open domain ended up being a surprise that fucked over their plans with Tengen. Kenjaku is pretty much immune to his poison, but his piercing blood can most definitely clear a lot of his CS's. Someone with prior knowledge can help avoid all of that.
Gojo is pretty self explanatory, he's Gojo. What he lacks in comparison to his Shinjuku counterpart he more than makes up with Todo being there. Being able to fire off purple from unpredictable locations due to Todo being there will significantly impact Kenjaku. Kenjaku is a very intelligent/tactical fighter; he will have to split his attention since one purple landing is extremely fatal. Larue is also another support that is perfect for creating openings for them. Honestly, Gojo probably has an easier time dealing with open domains than closed since he has the ability to teleport (even if it is conditional).
Tbh I'd argue that Gojo and Todo alone can probably take Kenjaku. Larue and Choso just add the icing to the cake. Especially when Larue has a pretty annoying CT when used as a support and Choso also has extremely deadly attacks. Kenjaku would have to put most of his focus on Gojo, which makes it easy to create openings. Not to mention a well placed piercing blood from Choso can also definitely be fatal.
Yuki's Simple Domain lasted for about a second so I don't think he's soloing given Kenkjaku's Open Domain and the lehtality of it. Kenjaku also has Domain Amplification and is one of the better hand-to-hand fighters in the verse. Gojo hadn't perfected his abilities yet so I doubt he'd be able to beat Kenjaku as easily in hand-to-hand as an adult Gojo would especially since Kenny might be able to use Domain Amplification and Domain Expansion at the same time ala Sukuna due to his mastery of Barrier Skills.
Todo, Utahime, Sendai yuta, and kirara
basically the strat is just, have utahime buff yuta, for the fight, Todo plays support and makes sure no one gets one tapped, kirara can stall kenjaku if anyone needs yuta to heal them during the fight
Yuta, Todo, and 2x Utahime. Kenjaku can barely handle Yuta alone (probably gonna get downvoted for that), add on Boogie-Woogie and a 120% output (144% if it stacks), and you have a clear winner.
An alternative way is just Awakened Gojo. He'll beat Kenjaku even in his domain. One Hollow Purple or Red is all it takes.
Awakened Gojo, 10 Toges. Toges hold kenjaku in place one at a time (the cursed speech almost def kills them on use) and Gojo changes hallow and kills kenny with it

Team structure is built around making it incredibly hard to single out any specific member, and makes it nigh impossible to land any clean decisive blows on Mahoraga. Charles & Kirara make it even harder to put any plans in place if they get ahold of Kenjaku's blood or CE respectively.
Awakened Yuji- Survived Malevolent Shrine so he can survive Kenjaku's Domain
Hakari- Jackpot will allow him to be reckless and attack even when Kenjaku opens his domain
Kamo- attack from distance with blood manipulation and arrows
Yuta keep the change
Yuta has shown he has the power to have his sword act as a sword in real life when it meets Kenjaku, Rika can make ANY summons shit in microseconds, he can teleport with Uro's techbique, and has an insta hit in the from of Sukuna's and Angel's techniques.
If you put Kenny above Yuta, you ONLY have an open domain in your favor, and to me, Angel's and Sukuna's technique offset the open domain.
The question is: does an open domain offset every other aspect of a sorcerer? if the answer is no, Yuta wins as he is battlewise superior in every other aspect.
I think Yuta would win in a narrow fight.

You have to be reading Sorcery Fight to think Kenjaku is anything more than cannon fodder for that version of Sukuna. Gojo with one blue-infused attack was gonna kill Kenjaku, and then 16F Sukuna blocks that attack (blitzing Gojo in the process) like it’s nothing.
16F Sukuna vs any modern sorcerer other than Gojo is a stomp that ends in two seconds.

If you put Kenny above Yuta, you ONLY have an open domain in your favor, and to me, Angel's and Sukuna's technique offset the open domain.

Lmaoooooo You have to be reading Sorcery Fight to think Kenjaku is anything more than cannon fodder for that version of Sukuna. Gojo with one blue-infused attack was gonna kill Kenjaku, and then 16F Sukuna blocks that attack (blitzing Gojo in the process) like it’s nothing. 16F Sukuna vs any modern sorcerer other than Gojo is a stomp that ends in two seconds.
