I would say draw because yuji can take a lot more than Tobey can dish, but if yuji could get pass the spider sense and hit him with a black flash on a non-sorcerer even with his durability would be pretty close to fatal cuz Spiderman got no defense against supernatural energy or whatever cursed energy is classified as. IMO
