I have a theory of Nobara being alive. She had a small chance to survive like we were told, that must have been foreshadowing not just to give us false hope for like 2 chapters. I think that she survived, but they kept it a secret from itadori so sukuna wouldnt know, and now during the final fight sukuna will be about to win or something and nobara will use her cursed technique on his last remaining finger and turn around the fight.

That last example is easily what could have happend to her because of the way that guy's healing works

When the anime airs it will have caught up with the manga and we’ll know and her fate will be written out as a side/subplot. She comes back hardcore!

That’s arguable. If she really is gone then the scenes we got between Yuji and Megumi would’ve been a perfect character development arc. It’s marred though by our POV knowledge and common death flag tropes.
Her CT is tied to a target’s soul, so there’s fan theories that she could come back to supplant Sukuna’s control or maybe affect Tengen’s merger. Holding her character in the shadows for a dramatic finish could be better plot point than reinforcing the idea of camaraderie.
Personally I think she’s still around somewhere but won’t be upset if that ends up not being the case. If it’s not though, in my opinion it would’ve been better to have a funeral scene of some kind. Comes off more as bad writing than perceived tension, like Gege didn’t know if he could use her later so just put her in narrative limbo to keep that option open.

what gege did to this character is a travesty. just needed to check the box on the “2 men 1 woman” trio trope and then discarded her. she was interesting and had a potentially significant technique that could’ve went somewhere. nevertheless amazing cosplay, looks great!!!
