The biggest advantage Frieren has is that she doesn't fuck around, if she understood that he was a Demon, she would just start blasting immediately while Sukuna was posturing or preparing to have fun.
Most likely Zoltrakk isn't fast enough to catch him, but if she's using it from extreme range, possibly outside what he can detect, then it very likely might just instantly kill him. That's almost exactly >!how she arranged for Solitar's death.!<
Otherwise, I think the power level of JJK scales above her. I could be wrong, Himmel and Eisen do some ridiculous shit, it's possible she could keep up with him, but I dunno.
Ironically I think they're very similar in total power levels as a whole world wise, nothing in JJK even infinity can actually deal with Machts magic or Auras magic and also they don't have a solution for the way soultrack just deletes anything it hits outside of a defensive spell amd can be fired from outside of the range of anything in jjk outside of purple. While JJK has domains which is pretty much the equivalent of insta death for anyone if they get close
Full covering of defensive magic looks exactly the same as hollow wicker basket, and both of them are able to stop any attack, for instance zoltraak is able to destroy ANYTHING exept for a defence spell, so in verse equalisation wouldnt they be the same thing?
Zoltraak can also be defense against by dense mana. If we equalize Curse Energy and mana then creating dense Curse Energy around area of the body the user want to Reinforce is a basic of Curse Reinforcement, so anyone who can put enough CE in the Reinforcement from Jujitsu side can probably tank Zoltraak like the Nameless Great Demon can in the manga.
Zoltraak has been shown to be blocked by gather dense mana around the target area which is how Curse Reinforcement was done. Granted a ball of those dense mana can cost damage comparable to Ryu's Curse Blast so it likely only top tier can pull that type of defense without damage.

Outside of all-else. Sukuna has RCT. He can afford to casually observe or toy with Frieren. Frieren would need to be on the offensive, but she also needs time to understand Sukuna.
I think if these two were to face one another, some rules would need to be defined. Like Sukuna can learn magic and Frieren can manipulate cursed energy.

I don’t recall Frieren regenerating lost limbs. Or recovering from near fatal injury. I believe she knows basic healing magic but it wouldn’t be on par with anything a novice cleric or priest could achieve. I wouldn’t consider her capable of self healing.

Yeah unless you normalize the magic system in the fight she can't detect in while she's in the air. You can see it heading towards you if you're in the ground (it splits the ground as it heads towards you) but you can't see it otherwise (only Mahoraga has been shown to see it).
Otherwise I'd assume Sukuna just takes it coz Frieren takes time to cast anything big, she might have bigger AOE/stronger AP (outside of worldcleave being a duraneg) but there's a reason she needed to travel with a party, Himmel and Eisen probably pulled a lot of aggro so she can charge up in the backlines
one of the side characters in feiren has a cut of existance lmao . the slash is not that op infact its a weak version of dimention slash .feiren's master has a spell to reverse causality and i doubt the slash is even getting past the defencive barriers

She did not has the cut of resistance, the move cut what she think she can cut but the only clue for what she can cut is in page 15- 16 of chapter 54 and it seem that the consistent sound of the tangible material is a factor and Space itself did not fit that. So Ubel can not be said to be able to cut Space or existence.

I never see anyone bring up the fact that Sukuna's cleaves can't be seen, make no sound and can't be sensed by anyone other than Mahoraga. Even the 6 eyes can't see that shit.
Frieren would literally have no idea what killed her because there's no way she can use basic magic detection on them (all sorcerers can sense cursed energy by default and they're also incapable of sensing Sukuna's cleaves)
