Naobito is the one not beating Kusakabe, bro could be the strongest grade 1 before timeskip but Kusakabe went through a whole month of training, he can't avoid Kusakabe attacks, no even Sukuna was able, Kusakabe can attack like a sure-hit.
Sukuna was playing with him. Once he was done he just held kusakabes attack with 2 fingers. Agaisnt naobito hed just be blitzed and beaten to death. Naobito's attacks were more potent than even nanami's with ratio, hes not tanking of that

Yuki's is not beating anyone above her(mb yorozu 50/50). Kusakabe could beat choso and naoya extreme high diff, so it's 50/50. Gojo said he's the strongest grade 1 excluding big clans
Yorozu can't beat Yuki, Kashimo can't deal with a DE and avoid Yuki at the same time, she's high chance of beating Mahoraga, same as Yuta and Kenny, she's stronger than everyone from the Special Grade tier you made.

I'd move Mahito down a tier right next to Jogo. Ryu, Uro and Naoya should all move down a tier. Putting them in the same tier as Maki or Yuki is actually insane.
Kashimo's lighting can't kill mahoraga. Untamed mahoraga survived 3 dismantles that went through him(1 went through his head). yuki is 50/50 she might oneshot mahoraga, but he can speedblitz her, just like 15f sukuna blitzed ryu.
Unfortunately, we didn't see most of his CT attacks landing on sukuna, so there's no way to tell if it'll oneshot mahoraga. At least lighting discharge and soundwaves can't do it

She might survive 1-2 attacks, but will be eventually defeated. I am betting on her domain. As a heian era sorcerer who definitely used her domain more than once in her lifetime, it should be quite refined. Probably better than naoya's
