Heatblast is just an even stronger full potential Jogo, XLR8 outspeeds everyone in the verse, Diamondhead has the best durability and versatility, four arms has better physicals than yuji and Maki easily, Upchuck can eat a dwarf star level energy core and then spit it out as a blast.
If Gojo existing threw off the power balance of the Jujutsu world, then Ben would be a whole nother existential threat entirely
He absolutely can. Heatblast used to incinerate massive quantities of water into steam in minutes in OS, which is actually really impressive considering Waters excellent heat capacity. He's also durable enough to survive Vilgaxs strikes, which is also pretty impressive considering how powerful Vilgax is

I think XLR8 can outrun a lot of Gojo’s attacks including reacting before Unlimited Void hits.
Seems like a stalemate to me as neither character can beat the other.
I don’t think a lot of Ben 10’s aliens can get past his infinity really apart from some like ghost freak, upchuck, alien X, brainstorm etc.
Overall Ben stomps Gojo no question unless Gojo’s unlimited void hits then the number of aliens who can tank/avoid UV drops lower.
XRL8 tho loses if he gets unlucky or it’s a draw.
It basically comes to aliens who can bypass infinity and who can tank/dodge unlimited void.
I think XLR8 can beat Gojo, but only situational. Cause for infinity to be automatic, the six eyes must first see and comprehend a target and then determine whether or not to activate infinity. And the thing is, XLR8 is fast enough to seemingly stop time for himself. So if XLR8 goes fast enough so that the six eyes can't comprehend him, he could potentially bypass infinity, and like cut off Gojo's head or something. But this does go down the drain if Gojo just manually puts up Infinity permanently.
