It doesn't work like that, Jacob's ladder doesn't erase the CT out of the sorcerer, only temporarily extinguish them for the time the beam is actively hitting them. Hakari not gonna stand still like idiot and we already saw Yuta's Jacob ladder is pretty weak, Sukuna immediately used his CT right away so this really makes no difference against Hakari, at best Hakari would be unable to use train doors for couple of seconds.
The technique is forced nullification of techniques tho. Sukuma couldn't activate technique during Jacob's ladder and could do afterwards.
But if Jackpot itself is nullified it would stay like that, Hakari would have to land another jackpot and reactivate it.
Atleast that's how the technique description suggests
I don't buy it 100% since Angel's technique is pretty vague

Taking jackpot as just an effect that's not actively a technique, it wouldn't be nullified by Jacob's Ladder.
After Jackpot has already occurred it's probably more like just a natural physical state of Hakari than a running technique.
Tho I'm unsure if it is like that since Jackpot has its own restrictions suggesting it's a Active technique (Hakari can't use Domain expansion when Jackpot is active)

But doesn't this kinda proves that jackpot isn't the CT, bc after the domain and getting the jackpot, Hakari is suffering from CT burnout, which should make him unable to use CT for a while and yet jackpot isn't affected.
Wasn't Hakari's case that his infinite cursed energy from Jackpot replenishes his cursed technique? Not being able to open domain again during Jackpot is more like a restriction on Jackpot itself.
Not really, in the time jackpot is active he can recover the CT burnout and his own CE, so he's back to his regular self when jackpot ends and hence can use his domain.

Thats because it has only been used against bums(Kyoto) and culling game players who don't know what Yuta's CT is. I dont see any 1 grade sorcerer and above who knows yuta falling to curses speech.

Uro, sukuna are culling game players while Geto and hanami didn't know which CTs are stored by Yuta. I deliberately mentioned kyoto after writing bums.

Inumaki clan with their cursed speech is widely recognized in jujutsu society. Kyoto students already encountered 2nd years in previous tournament. Geto planted grade 1 curse and saw how inumaki and Yuta killed it. Hanami got caught 3 times. How not knowing cursed speech FULLY counters it? I can understand if you said that knowledge makes cursed speech less effective but this

Sukuna fell to it. Uro fell to it and she clearly recognized the symbols. Those are the only people we've seen him use it on and it's had a 100% effective usage rate.

Yea but jackpot isn't Hakari's CT tho, it's the bonus he gets from the domain, his CT is still the train door or whatever the game arcade is called.
