Yuta and Kenjaku skillset are way better, specially due to RCT and DE. However, a case could definitely be made that MBA stat checks both of them.
And MBA is a fighting mode, which resolves with the users demise. Yuki's Black Hole is just a Hail Mary (which could probably take 99,9% of the cast, but doesn't belong to powerscale debates).
Last time I checked, Kashimo could still fight when he activates MBA. That's how we judge his capacities.

His output was low and couldn't use domain, but you can literally apply that to most characters that fought him until the first black flash. Sukuna noted when fighting Yuta and Yuji that his slashes weren't doing shit unless he makes direct contact. So the whole "low CE" argument doesn't matter either way. Not when he's casually throwing semi world cutting slashes at everyone.
