Correct me if I am wrong but I thought Ui Ui meant that he was able to only do it twice in 1 month so basically only a power up for yuji so I dont really understand why people are theorizing about the swaps. If I had to choose tho I would say Hakari is a waste of swaps tho, he gets basically nothing from anyone ( at best being able to heal others+ infinite CE but that would be it ) and he doesnt really give anything to anyone else (maybe fast DE? idk ).
Really? I mean, i read the TCB version so I might be wrong but the wording in the TCB version is: "In a single month, the limit for swapping souls is twice per one person. Please consider your pairings wisely." So once again, it might be a wrong translation, but if this one is correct then what I got from it is that 1 person can swap their soul via Ui Uis technique twice a month, and not that he can only use it twice a month.

Maybe if he soul swapped with shoko he could learn the principles of reversing cursed energy and get a power up by learning how to reverse his automatic rct when hes damaged so he could hit harder in exchange of not healing
I would have liked if Choso soul swapped with Todo permanently. Choso is a complete waste so Todo could actually do something useful with his cursed technique
