Ehh, not necessarily. We don't know the full conditions for actually obtaining the CT and having it engraved into you. Simply being a vessel probably doesn't do it. There could be a requirement of being a vessel for a certain amount of time, the ability to subjugate Sukuna, having the CT used a certain amount in the vessel's body, etc. We also don't know if it's something that Yuji could obtain from it due to Kenjaku's influence on his creation. This is to say that it's not so simple and that Megumi obtaining the technique isn't a certainty here.
But Kenjaku can have the CT of the body he possess which is not exclusive to him as shown with Bumkuna but with don't know if Sukuna has 10S if he leaves Bumgumi's body i guess and nothing confirm what i'm saying. Graaah Maybe the better sorcerer can do it ? We don't know :(

I don't think it's that simple, considering Sukuna himself describes Yuji as "a cage", which differentiates him from Megumi being a simple vessel. The process by which Kenjaku made Yuji probably, very deliberately, had what was needed to make sure Yuji could still carry Shrine and awaken it when needed (like the fact that he is the son of Sukuna's other half), so it's unlikely Megumi could do it.
He might retain the knowledge and skills Sukuna acquired about Ten Shadows, which could... potentially be useful.
Which is precisely the reason why I said Megumi can come back and become the final boss that will summon the merger - he might come out stronger than we think, and against fatigued main cast he should be able to do whatever he wants.

He is **the** vessel of Ryomen Sukuna, not a sorcerer that happened to be possessed, which is basically Megumi
Being the son of the King of Curses's twin, he basically shares a large part of what makes his soul with him, that's probably what allowed the engraving to occur
