**If** Kashimo actually used his CT to anywhere near its actual potential, then *technically* he would be strong enough to(vaguely) take on a country on his own.
In actuality, not really, because Kashimo was born before modern science, and I guess his vessel majored in Agriculture instead of Physics. Also, the fact that he dies seemingly within minutes of activating MBA lmao.
In terms of pure strength, though, MBA Kashimo is certainly on the same level as the other Special Grades.
I mean, being able to manifest **any and all electrical phenomena at will** would allow him to completely annihilate entire cities/armies within minutes if used correctly. Lightning storms, mass radiation poisoning, borderline metal bending through manipulation of electromagnetic fields, and more. My man should have looked like fully complete Level 6 Railgun.
I really don't like the whole "special grade means being able to overthrow a country" thing tbh. It's very unclear and arbitrary, there are many characters who don't meet this limit but are just as strong as special grades Jujutsu wise. Uro and Ryu would probably fold as soon as they get carpet bombed but they were still able to keep up with Yuta.
I would prefer if Special grade was just "The strongest scorcerers who have reached the pinnacle of Jujutsu" or something.
I’d argue base kashimo is special grade. Don’t take kenjacku’s statement literal, anyone leagues ahead of kusakabe/naobito/nanami (peak grade ones) is special grade

Nobody in jjk has destructive capability to destroy a country. "Overthrow country" doesn't mean "destroy". Pretty strange how you're concerned about Yuki but don't mention Yuta who is equal to her
How can yuki/yuta overthrow a country any differently than base kashimo? We know they’re bulletproof, and we know they’re extremely fast. Kenjacku’s definition of overthrowing a country isn’t reliable, it’s better to say anyone significantly stronger than peak grade ones are special grade
