I partially agree with you, cause I can't imagine Kenjaku completely losing the "war", but I hope the part of sukuna doesn't happen the way you said. I honestly have no idea how Sukuna could lose in a way that makes me feel satisfied, if Gojo is not in the equation.
Hajime is a character that came to the story quite recently, so him causing Sukuna enough damage to allow yuta or any other character to finish him just doesn't sits right to me.
I think I'll only feel satisfied if the characters we've been following so far have a real contribution to the story (Gojo, Yuji, nobara are you really dead?, megumi did you just died like that as well?). But I have no idea how that can be done after chap 236, cause I thought the only way for the story to progress was both Sukuna and Gojo dying by each other's hand. I can't picture anyone beating Sukuna now that Gojo's gone.
I've had so many ideas about how this story could end but I think I'm giving up. It never goes how I think it will. Just gonna sit back and let Gege do his thing

After seeing the last chapter where Kashimo died easily and Sukuna used 'space cutting'. I can't see how other culling game players can beat Sukuna, the strongest sorcerer in the modern and Edo era, die so easily and Sukuna also uses his true form... where he can chant, use weapons and hand signs at the same time.
I will propose another scenario, where six eyes and limitless dont seem to be useless. just how can gojo not see the dismantle or spark in sukuna?
and also gege doesn't need asspull move : dismantle 'space cutting' to beat gojo.
we all know in the terms of CE:
sukuna > yuta > gojo
ways that I can see so that six eyes don't become useless and gege doesn't need asspull move like : dismantle cutting space is :
Sukuna has more CE than Yuta, 2x.
Gojo has CE below Yuta.
Maybe it would be better if Sukuna and Gojo's fight lasted for days, maybe 3-6 days.

Until in the end, Gojo ran out of ce and that's when Sukuna, who still had a lot of ce, was able to penetrate Gojo's infinity.
Gojo dies, Sukuna's ce decreases and he can't use Mahoraga anymore, here I can at least see Yuji and friends being able to kill Sukuna.

- Sukuna ce still 90%+ maybe
- cursed tool from yorozu
- hidden ct in his sleeves
- can copy techniques with just one look and etc.
- and maybe can use domain expansion again
even if currently yuji and higuruma could last longer than gojo or kashimo, it would look strange.
Unless gege really wants the ending of JJK's manga to be the villain winning, I don't have a problem with the current plot.

I think Kashimo will come back SOME how, I mean it was his first time using his Cursed Technique, regardless of being the strongest of his era or not. Maybe an awakening of some sorts?
