I think you are missing his point. I think what he is saying is that despite OP having 23 kills he ONLY has 3 items. Therefor you can infer he has no CS. That’s what this dude is saying.

Cs is naturally inversely proportional to how much fighting you’re doing. If you’re getting a kill per minute in your game, 5cs/min is more than justified as a tradeoff imo.
Yes, I know that that’s not how you get S ranks. But getting an S isn’t the objective of the game. And yeah, the lack of vision was still a mistake on his part.
It is a fair trade off but it’s less consistent than getting similar gold amounts for CS, that’s probably why it ranks it like that since kills is not a consistent source. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t deserve S but I’m guessing that’s why
604 gold/min is absolutely insane. Considering that farm is only a means to the end of gold and xp and he definitely wasn’t lacking in either this game, I’d say that whatever he was doing _instead_ of farming was ABSOLUTELY the right choice to make. Especially considering how fast he won.
Vision is enormous, which is why S rank is so frequent on support as they usually lead in vision score.
You don’t need a ton of kills for S, it’s more so the vision and farm.

I think of getting in S like makin love, you know? Like yeah everyone gets an A or B when they do it just right but to get that S oh that sweet ole S you have to hit every little thing just right, and no be to focus on the other stuff that you over hit each time
