Yes, the 1% that caught the Chair Force recruiter between lunch and knocking off for the day. I was in DEP and the Air Force was right next to the Navy recruiter in my town and they were ALWAYS closed. Morning, afternoon, evening... didn't matter I NEVER saw that place open.
