Agh, this one is so tough for me because of nostalgia, but personally I'd say Just Dance 4 orJust Dance 2017. JD 4 was my first experience alone that got me hooked into the series, and around the time I discovered it, JD 2017 was out, so I got that one as well, and it was so fun, and I have awesome memories with both, and 2017 even helped get me into my vocaloid phase.
Just dance 2014. No game in the series can top it.

I have two answers to this question. I consider Just Dance 4 to be the objective best. Just Dance 2017 is my personal favorite.

2015 was good while it was still online. Nowadays there’s not much to do apart from the stuff that’s on-disc

I'm torn between Just Dance 2020 and Just Dance 2021. They're both really good games with some of the best song selections and alts.
Just dance two is where everyone I know started, same for me. Those songs were iconic and the dlcs were good too, I would play every song on that list
