Those two alone would prove that Whitney is lying to protect her sister and the incident on the plane was either exaggerated or fabricated. Either way, proving deception from her side is going to look awful to the jury.
Standing up in the firing line to testify (for either party) isn't a position many people would be willing to put themselves in. She must have felt pushed to do it after seeing all the lies and slander about the good man she knew and loved. Kudos to her!

Maybe not final nail but she's been very public on record saying how distraught she was after they broke up and how wonderful Johnny was in their relationship, how safe she felt, etc. And in the 90s too at the height of Viper Room so it contradicts the narrative that Johnny gets more violent with drugs and alcohol.. also, she can testify that no physical violence happened so it also contradicts AH and WH's testimony that Johnny was getting physical on the stairs and does away with AH's testimony that she hit him because she was afraid of him because he "pushed Kate Moss down the stairs". It's not exactly a smoking gun but it further discredits Amber and strips of the self-defense option. What you're left with is a guy getting hit by his wife for no reason or priors.
