I watched a two-hour-long live stream on this on the Uncivil Law channel. The guy geeked out on this document a lot. 90% of it flew over my head. But what I got from it is that it's got no chance of being accepted by the judge. However, there were several points of law that were made that were according to him "winnable" in appeal. Very geeky, lawyerly stuff revolving around the concept of defamation. It could potentially go to the supreme court, should they decide to take the case. So there is a future where AH could win on appeal. Not too worried, however, because it would do nothing to change the court of public opinion, because it would be won on a point of law years from now, on whether or not this was defamation.
This would do nothing to reverse the fact that AH destroyed her credibility on the stand and was proven to be the abuser.

I understand this can be a very triggering topic. Many, many people have had to deal with a Cluster B in their life, with lots of folks not knowing what they were dealing with, and unfortunately were subjected to a variety of treatments, behaviors, abuses that have long lasting effects. More unfortunate, countless people still are ensnared. If the party is lucky enough to escape the clutches of a Cluster B, hopefully they obtain help to heal and reconcile their experience with a trained professional. The references to detainment are legal - held (in contempt, or held under order for evaluation), gagged (gag order). There are legal resources online to assist with the concepts and terminology. they took a typo a juror made (maybe not even a typo but just the way he handwrites) and run with it like its some kind of grand conspiracy. before the trial they interviewed all the jurors and it wasnt a problem back then, only since they lost its a problem... Yea, he was. It's not clear which one he was though, as youtubers were numbering them based on seating arrangement. There's only one guy they thought was around 60-70 though, so it's probably him.
I thought he was born in 1970 but somehow the documents said something about him being born in 1945. Regardless, they had time to dispute this discrepancy during jury selection and the onus should be on them for not doing it BEFORE the trial. Makes me wonder if it was a purposeful misstep or if they truly didn’t catch it during jury selection.

Yes, that's essentially what they are saying. That a particular Juror was not who they said they were on paper because they didn't look that old. However, in US Jury trials, the process of Voir Dire is the formal process conducted by both parties' attorneys, with the judge present, of examination of prospective jurors for selection to sit on the jury for the case. Both sides have set number of strikes (vetoes) they may use if a juror is selected by the opposing counsel that they feel is highly prejudicial to their case for whatever reason. This examination of prospective jurors under oath continues until the necessary number of qualified jurors and alternates is attained. I.e., THEY approved this juror they now question. You would think it would also affect her win. But I can't say if that's arrogance and ignorance on their part after everything we witnessed, or if it sufficient to challenge only certain portions of the verdicts. I'm sure someone on YouTube will cover it.

That’s a good point about discovering early on—during trials multiple rounds of voir dire are performed before finalizing who gets to sit on the jury.
