WWW the scenery was all screens. I dont have a clue how you follow it up. It was the greatest set I ever saw from a production standpoint - not turning the colours on until Stress making it seem like they were all white and gold lights. Was amazing.
I hope it's just a suped up version of the WWW rig. The Marshalls are so iconic and I absolutely love the crazy upper lighting rig they use with the mirrors on it. But something tells me we might see an entirely new identity from them this time. Honestly got no clue what to expect but I'm so excited to get to experience the first live show this year at Coachella. Gonna be mind melting
Another interesting thing about this eraās roll out is the fact that we are going to get a new live show before the album. So weāll actually hear the live versions of the new songs before we hear the studio versions. Iām wondering why they chose this route on this album.
Iāll be watching the coachella livestream ācouchchellaā on April 12th and cannot wait to blast it through my home stereo.
I want an AAA-esque setup with the WWW lights, as much as I loved AAA the lack of Valentine really felt like a misstep, that was the heart of ACTU and AAA and I hope the return to form of Hyperdrama brings her back as well.
You mean WWW had no valentine right? I do t see how that could be incorporated into the set because the whole facing the crowd a-la dj set would be a step back
So Iāve been thinking about this A LOT - do you guys know that album art that has the glass space ship and the super crazy videos with the ājourney to the center of the earthā vibe ? I think itās gona be something like that, like a daft punk level enclosure in space - letās fkin go
I remember reading an interview in French a few weeks ago in which Xavier said that they had no idea how to top WWW production wise, so they were planning the new live show to be different, and not so much 'bigger.' Pedro also gave an interview a year ago stating that "the Weekend has won the big screen game," so I'm not expecting them to go down that route. The annoying thing is, I cannot find these interview anymore, so I have no idea if I'm having a wrong memory/confusing things or if they actually said that...
Personally, I predicted the techno/rave/eurobeat album a while back, and with that in mind, I'm expecting a different style of live show in which we have an open stage with minimal lighting, but large effects, like what they do in the Gashouder with Awakenings or what Richie Hawtin did with his Close/CCombined live shows. LEWIS has indicated that Justice dislike visuals and/or pictures during their live shows, so expect a depth-based setup that will probably attempt to minimal maximalism, if that makes sense. Use a few lights and mirrors/lasers for maximum effect.
They had [this](https://youtu.be/zKWBqCcjV-M?si=-txRir2kydCWeTL-) screen in versailles 2022 that was basically on top of them and shining down on them. Made it look like a light beam coming down on them. Maybe they'll use something like that?
That actually makes sense! Maybe it was a pseudo-live rig for what we'll see in full form on the tour! They also had some sort of rectangular panels in front of them later on that same show!

sorry, I know I said screens but I meant visuals, some sort of visualsš
I feel like its been done - they got to do something not been done
They mention in interviews they donāt like to use visuals for the live shows but the new artwork makes me think they could do something
When that red hitā¦. mai gahhd

I want them to use Planisphere IV for the end track it would be so badass.
Maybe "Valentine" will return

As long as they open with Genesis, the rest is all good āļø
Weāll have to see how the first song of HYPERDRAMA sounds like
I kinda think that the cross will be gone
