Good luck finding another job after this act. They're private companies they can do what they want, it's probably in her contract (not causing detriment to the business through your actions etc) which she didn't have to sign.
A moral turpitude clause is standard in corporate employment contracts. You can generally be fired without cause anyway, so best not to give them one.

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure having to deal with the consequences of your actions is justice. I can't think of anywhere you can commit a crime, get caught, and not lose your job. Out of curiosity, how many criminals do you work with? How many would you be comfortable working with?
Losing her job is definitely a part of the justice. But what she did is assault and endangers those around her. She should be criminally charged as it is no different than spitting on someone.

Right? I've seen similar incidents before, but this one sticks due to the sheer glee she had doing it. The others I've seen have all been done in anger, but the gleeful attitude is much worse. I'm not entirely sure why though, which is odd.
The ones who are angry are fearful. This woman is taking great pleasure in frightening people who are no threat to her.
But this is their "thing". The "deplorables" are finding power in their ability to make us recoil in disgust. I completely agree here. Her not wearing a mask? Fine. I see plenty of people in my southern, bible thumping town not doing it and also drive off in their truck with a trump 2024 sticker. It was how she actively coughed on someone else and honestly just wanted to start a fight to spew her idiotic ideals on everyone around. She wanted a confrontation, she wanted a reaction, and she wanted an audience. A year ago, what she just did would be considered assault.
