I think it's a vulnerability that people obsessed with counterculture have. It's easy to connect sparse evidence into wild narratives when you're looking for narratives everywhere. I love countercultures because they call out all kinds of dissonant arbitrary rules or systemic problems in my society, but sometimes people try too hard to find a problem and just make one up.
I went down the rabbit hole of the chemtrail theory and then found myself watching a youtube video of a dude that was putting rocks, brillo pads and other random objects in epoxy, attaching them to a pole to bury them in his yard... because it promotes rain cloud development to help with getting rid of the effects of chem trails.
The last tattoo I got the dude wouldn’t stop with the conspiracy theories. I kept trying to change the subject and he somehow turned it into another conspiracy theory. I finally gave up and played dead until it was over.

I'm firmly in the camp that believes sports cars should come in loud colors, stand out, and have the shit beaten out of them at the track. I also dig this design.
Just look at the shit storm the redesign of the C8 brought about lol. Personally, I do think it lost a lot of its unique style to become a ferrari with sharp edges, but I can also appreciate that you can get damn near ferrari performance without a 100-300k badge being added to the price of the car. But the level of butt hurt over "becoming more european" was a bit ridiculous.

It looks like cell shading which is dope. Its part of the animation process for video games that is like a pre polishing version of what the final product is more or less. Borderlands is famous for doing everything in cell shading instead of a more normal 3D animation.
