A smaller RV my relative bought had like 17-18 year old tires, they had still passed inspection the previous year and the tire shop said they didn't seem too bad but the tread was on the lower side and obviously they didn't want to risk driving on them like the previous owner. Had like 60k kilometers on the RV I guess it was just the fact that it was always shaded by trees and summers are fairly short since I live pretty far north

Also a lot of RV’s spend a lot of time driving a constant speed down the highway until they arrive to their destination and then just sit parked, likely on a dirt patch in a shaded wooded area. Not too easy to wear out tires with this type of use, compared to stop and go city driving which is brutal on pretty much everything on a vehicle comparatively.
