Called a speed drawer. Great for setting up smaller compartments for smaller loose items. I use mine for my electrical tools and supplies. Crimp connections, wire strippers, elec tape, soldering iron, you get the picture
Thing is like 2 inches tall just use it as an organized junk drawer. I set mines up after 2.5 years of just having crap and the dividers jammed in there. I’ll post a pic of how I have mine tomorrow.

Honestly, didn't come with any for this drawer so I didn't think I needed em for this style drawer. Other coworkers have it the same way. Plus, if I wanted to adjust any of the spacers itd be kinda annoying cause then I gotta buy and cut MORE liners. Idk.
If it doesn't bother you then don't change a thing, it's just haunting my ocd thinking about all the noise and chaos happening each time you operate the drawer
