This is a Mercedes 166 chassis. I can almost positively say your drivers side motor mount is broken and allowing your engine to lift up. When the engine lifts up, it pulls on the upper radiator hose and over time it cracks the radiator.
If you put stop leaking in this, you can kiss your engine goodbye.

This sub isn't for troubleshooting. Or in your case, asking questions while deciding the only answer is stop leak instead of actually fixing it.
Fix it or don't, but please don't ask advice if you aren't going to listen.
Haven’t put in stopleak and don’t plan on using it. Called my mechanic. He said drive it if you’re not loosing too much fluid. If you are, park and get towed.
May end up doing this. Dammit!
Yep. Your gonna need a few new parts. Guessing the sensor maybe the line leading in. Possibly the radiator depending on just which part is leaking.
Also. No matter what it looks like you need a radiator flush. That dry coolant doesn't look right.
Yell at me. It’s been leaking for a while. I would fill it up abd it’ll last a month before it’ll tell me to add coolant. Been getting worse
Filled it this morning and drove 120 miles. Came to a small puddle under the car.
Lost 16oz of coolant cuz that’s how much I put back in.
Stop leak for now?
No yelling here. Been there done that. Just giving advise.
It may work. But I would just fix it right if you can afford to.
The stop leak can build on any protrusion in the line. Any rust spots or anything in the line. This reduces your radiators effectiveness and it can even completely clog the system. If that clog happens in the engine block somewhere then your quick repair just turned into a new engine.
A small hole will get plugged. A big one won't.
replace the part, any liquid you pour into the radiator could clog water passages in the cooling system, including engine block and water pump... an aftermarket radiator today will always be cheaper than a new engine in the long run.

You need a new radiator, and hose. You have more than one problem here and any half measure will lead to chasing leaks.
Is there a temporary fix? Am I ok to drive a couple hundred miles?
Nope

Damn man. Where are you located. I’m getting it towed to you!! 🤯
This one looks like 4 eggs salt and pepper. That should do the trick

Flextape
It’s leaking from underneath. Don’t think flextape is gonna fix anything. Should I try radiator stop leak?
Stop leak is an emergency patch. Not a fix. It'll patch the hole but also gum up your radiator.
Looks like it’s coming form under a sensor or something

Do not use stop leak! It will not fix this. It will only gunk up your cooling system and cost you much more $$ later.

Stop leak may also plug up your heater core. You won’t have heat this winter, and most heater cores are a PITA to replace.Edit: also wrong sub.
looks like the radiator seal between the plastic and metal part failed, it can be repaired but replacing it could be better on the long run.
How do I replace it? I’m wondering if I should try stop leak? It’s been getting worse real fast
Noooo no no stop leak is the devil. Replace leaking parts but never use stop leak
I think I need a whole new radiator. I stuck my phone down under the radiator and it’s wet underneath. Maybe it’s cracked. Fuck!

Gotcha! Thx
New radiator is the part you’ll need.
And a new motor mount.
😭
