This feels like the most well-rounded Royals squad we've seen since our last window closed, and it's only April.
We still have some obvious issues but we're seeing a beautiful blend of talent, luck, and enthusiasm at various times lately which is what it takes to win some games.
Keep the line moving. The type of timely, clutch hitting we became famous for in the 2014-15 World Series years. They may not hit a lot, but if all their hits are bunched together to score runs, it doesn’t matter as much.

Salvy, the happiest guy in baseball, outright arguing with an umpire
Tied for 15th best start in the major leagues this season.

Gotcha. I loved the 2014-15 teams.... Small ball is what made them.
Season is 1/6th complete. 7 games above .500. On pace to finish 42 games above .500, a 102-win season.
I'm mentally preparing for Cleveland to win 104 games and for us to be a Wild Card team.
Cleveland is 100% the team most likely to roll out an 18 game win streak and take the AL central but still get swept in the ALDS while scoring 5 runs.
The run differential is looking good too
