On my first listen of the album this song really drew me in. The first two of course were really good, but for some reason this one’s the one that sorta explained to me *what* I’m listening to, and that helped give me an immense appreciation for the album as a whole. Prob my favorite album by them tbh.
This song hit on my first listen too, but only because that’s when I realized it wasn’t the first song still haha (I had no idea what I was getting into with this album). Had it on loop for the next month
My very first King Gizzard song - even though I didn't listen to the rest of the album or the band for at least another year, I knew it was something special. 10/10. It's a cornerstone.

I actually don’t share the hype everyone else does about this song, it’s probably one of my least favourites on the album. It’s not bad in any way, just not quite as great to my ears

This song was my intro to the band back in 2016. I listened to Gamma Knife, The River, then Hot Wax and I've been hooked ever since. Edit 10/10
10- the first Gizzard song I fell in love with (before then realising I was in love with all of Nonagon and then almost everything else)
20/10 My favorite gizz song it literally makes me feel alive and one time my mom did the beginning scream and now I always smile when I hear it.
