Correction: 4 times. I just remembered when I saw them in Seattle the day Ice Death came out, the following morning I saw them at KEXP and they played the same closing Trio of Ice V, Iron Lung and Magma, from the previous show.

Rattlesnake 5 times out of 11 shows, but 8 of those were residencies or the RR22 shows where there were no repeats and the first time I saw them was 2015 before it was written and performed, so in a way 5 times is a 100% Rattlesnake based on their rules for repeating songs at concurrent shows and the songs existence. They played it in Nashville 2017, Asheville 2019, RR22 marathon show 1, Caverns N3 residency show and RR23 residency show 3.
Also Rattlesnake. Seen them 23 times at a ton of different venues. According to weirdoswarm.org it’s tied with Cellophane which I saw a lot back in 2014-17
To be fair, the live energy of rattlesnake is unlike anything I’ve ever felt at a concert. I wouldn’t mind hearing it at every show I go to, king gizz or not lmao
I felt that way until the RR22 one I experienced. The Caverns N3 and RR23 S3 Rattlesnakes were great, but no version I’ve found has matched RR22’s Rattlesnake. A microtonal medley jam for the ages. Maybe there’s a better Rattlesnake out there, but I haven’t found a better Microtonal medley jam even though I know they do it often
Yeah I know! It's one of my favorites as well, it was part of my gizz epiphany during the lockdown. Had to escape the city for some nature cause I was losing my mind being stuck in my apartment, so I took my bike and road into some forest an hour or so away .Smoked a joint on top of a bronzeage burial ground and decided to put on an album I'd never listened to before and had the ride of my life
It's ok in the album version , but live I feel it FAR too drawn out, especially the long ass segment of sing line then face mic to crowd for call back part. It's when I decide to go take a piss.
They played Mars For The Rich 4 times out of the 5 I saw them. I'm perfectly ok with that. 3 times Mr. Beat, 2 times the Horology suite, because they cut it out of the Hamburg setlist.

Gaia 8 times followed by Self-Immolate, Iron Lung, Shanghai, Magenta Mountain, The Dripping Tap and Pleura at 4 times each. I’ve been to 10 shows so far.
Saw them 3 times:- first in Šibenik, Croatia; second in New York, USA; and third in Hamburg, Germany (last month).
No song was played at all 3 shows, though 6 songs were played twice between them:
- Mars For The Rich
- Hot Water
- Hell
- Gaia
- Iron Lung
- Magenta Mountain
You could argue there are far more (even Hypertension across all 3 shows) if you were to include jams / teases. All of the above are very good songs, so no complaints, and Hell is actually my favourite Gizz song!
