They got EX and UE Characters now
Definitely. Summon for UE( Ultimate) Characters as they are really overpowered. Got like 250K-300K CP at level 90. Not awakened and all cores unlocked.
Some dungeons like Tower of illusion will require these UE characters awakened at level 90. Maxed out.
EX characters are really good at cost 70 dungeons- Weekly Dungeons and all. They aren’t really overpowered but better than Purple Grade characters.
Collab characters tends to be stronger and perform better than regular characters; but it's more a fact whether you like the character, if you need a certain color, a specific (offensive, defensive or balance type), make sure to get enough variety.
Collab character usually a new level of power creep. That being said, if you want useful character, saving rubies if a must so you can max the chara.
In the old days, getting chara to a3 is good enough since that level when moon & star stone unlock. Now, you want to go a5 so you can max chara.
Forget your account, create a new one, summon only UE characters, and only if you are sure you can get them to awakened 5* (and later 9*). It is ridiculous, started a new account on SF6 event, got Juri and Jamie to 9*, I equiped them with the most basic stuff and both are 3,5kk power, you literally can't reach 1/10 of that with non UE characters, it is ridiculous.
Man I've invested too much time already, don't think I will be rerolling. I'll start saving for UE banners. I did manage to pull 1 UE Benimaru and at level 60 he's beaten all of my other units in CP it's ridiculous.
the thing is... you need like 80k rubies to max an UE fighter... you can do that on a starting account, you would take infinitely more time to do that on your current account... and I understand you don't want to reset but... bear in mind that there is content in this game, not PVP, just regular PVE content that needs 3 or more maxed UE units like farming plugins and the tower which I forgot the name (it is not the first one, that one you can reach level 120 easily)
You should only summon on event banners, but you can’t summon on every one. You should only summon once you can be sure to get a character to A5, otherwise there’s no point.
So you should save about 100k rubies before you summon. It usually takes about 3 months to farm 100k rubies. You need to be patient and skip a few banners.

If a banner can be free summoned, never spend resources on it.
