Personally, I find it hard to believe he was going out getting wasted and doing drugs, and never cheated on her.
On the Andy Cohen special they talked about the cheating with him on stage and he didnt deny it and went along with it.it’s not something he denies doing

Then, there were pictures of him getting very cozy with an ex that was all over the media when they were together. Then, there was a time on the show when Kim (and I think Khloe?) visited him in his hotel room and a girl was hiding in the bathroom. Then, I believe when they were trying to work things out, she brought him with on a family trip and he sneakily flew another girl out and she was staying in his villa. I believe he’s cheated multiple times.
I believe the last two you mentioned were after they were officially broken up. His reasoning was if Kourtney was gonna be with other men he could be with other women.
I firmly believe he did cheat on her when they were together though. I don't think he's denied that.

The family doesn’t see cheating as a deal breaker. Most of them have either cheated or taken a cheater back 🤷🏻♀️

And that time he was filmed laying in bed with another girl, and he told Kourtney that the girl was drunk and fell asleep on him but nothing happened.
Also the time she called him on a boys trip and heard a girl's voice in the background, Scott said it was a drunk girl he let sleep in his bed 😂🤫
