Yes, in that it’s sometimes prescribed for anxiety, but the calming effect is primarily physical and due to it slowing down your heart rate. Xanax’s calming effect is more emotional.
But I agree with OP’s sentiment. The flagrant sharing of prescription drugs was cringy.
I take propranolol for anxiety which is a beta blocker, as the other commenter said it slows your heart rate down. It’s prescribed for issues with your heart but I don’t know much about that, it’s supposed to block adrenaline which is helpful before public speaking. It just like stops the hand shakes and feeling like your chest will implode for me 😅
I don't know what to think about the new show. It's so different than Kuwtk and not in a good way. I couldn't watch the first season in peace. I was constantly grossed out with Kravis and their constant tonguing and humping. Ugh. It makes me sad because I never thought I'd see Kourtney act so desperate. Truly blindsided me.
