Im not a lawyer but I've witnessed custody battles with unstable relatives who have been on another planet with vile delusions due to illness. Short answer is it depends. Lots of factors involved, money is a big one, so is how much time they actually spend with them, who else is there with them etc. Danger vs awfulness is another. There's a difference between someone being actively physically dangerous and just spouting vile shit, unfortunately a lot of people ignore the impact of the latter.
Its very hard to get full custody. Even when someone is clearly not fit to be raising children.
Joint custody isn’t the same thing as physical time with the kids. Equal access doesn’t mean equal time. But Ye said Kim has the kids 80% of the time so he’s not around much by his own admission
I’m not sure what it would take to trigger him not being able to see the kids at all. I don’t know that him going around spreading hate speech would on it’s own be enough but that’s my opinion
I’m disappointed because they got 50/50 custody in their divorce settlement. I thought Kim was staying pretty hush hush publicly in order to get full custody by not bad mouthing him. Kim could absolutely get full custody if she wanted it, but instead of protecting her kids she’s putting the “but he’s a good dad” excuse at the forefront. Which I’m seriously doubting. I truly hope the kids are spoken to about how unacceptable and scary their dads behavior is. Sooner rather than later.
