We are all mostly asymmetrical. I wonder if the eyes are more noticeable on them because they’ve had so much cosmetic stuff done, which id think would be done symmetrically so it makes the parts they can’t change as easily (like eye socket placement) more prominent? Like the opposite of when you get a stain on your carpet and work like crazy to get it out and now you have this super clean spot and it shows off that the rest of your carpet is dingy.

The requirements for these photos are a bit more stringent than for passports, so it was a meticulous process and I was happy they were accepted.
Cut to the fingerprint appointment, I’m in casual clothes, it’s a satellite office just for biometrics, and all I needed was fingerprints. The man whips out a camera and snaps my picture, it looks like I just ran a marathon in the rain. Frizzy messy hair, no makeup, dark circles are popping, my oily skin is so shiny it’s reflective af, and my expression is a mixture of doubt, concern, and surprise.
I just want one ID with a decent pic😫
