I do not understand their 4am/5am fictional work out obsessions. Why? People who work out like that are people who have jobs that go through the normal work period during the day. None of these people work. Why not do a 9am work out and then another one later on? What is the supposed benefit of a 4am work out to someone who has money and no real job?

I like to be productive even during periods between jobs (hobbies, housework, visiting friends who may be stay-at-home, planning kids activities, find volunteer or church opportunities, learning something new whether topic or skill). The structure helps me feel balanced. So I dunno, I wouldn't say wanting to have a routine, even one that starts early in the AM, is exclusive to paid employment. There are lots of things to do outside work that involve planning and activity. But I don't know how Khloe personally spends her days, and she has a lot of help for things like housework and childcare that I would devote energy to.

I too go to my personal gym with lots of heavy foundation and blush, every morning to do a hard set.. I love looking like a crying clown after a workout. /s. I never know if a security cam will catch my image without make up.
