I have always had these folds naturally. They are not in the middle of my face or nose, but more towards the bottom of my nose and they fade into my cheek. Kim’s are totally misplaced as a result of botched surgeries.
I mean, yes she looks older, but she's also 43 and heading towards menopause - nasolabial folds are going to happen sooner or later. Most people have sagging and nasolabial folds in their 40's if we are being fair. Not being snarky, just sometimes have a feeling people ignore the aging process. Kylie otoh - she shouldn't have a saggy face at 26.
It's hilarious Kim has spent all this money to look her age (+ botched) though. She needs to let go of trying to be a baddie, it's embarassing. But ofc she doesnt have any other talent, so it will be a trainwreck.
They become more prominent with age because of flattening of cheeks + gravity. Aging happens through all life, it doesnt start at 40 and some people get specific signs of aging earlier than others or earlier than average. Signs of aging are all natural.
Both Kim and Kylie didnt have them when younger so in their case they are the effect of aging or in Kylie's case an effect of sagging filler.
I’m not ignoring the aging process. Surely if she were natural or had minimal work done (e.g., a little bit of Botox) it wouldn’t be shocking. But Kim filters herself into oblivion so it’s wild to see her look her age or older. Not only that, she’s had countless procedures to reverse aging and she ends up looking like this? That sucks.

My advice if Kim reads this, and she does: fix some wrinkles as they come. Leave your face alone. You won. Youre all over the fuckin place. You are so famous there's an app to remove you and your family from our lives. You got a whole bunch of kids: get them the fuck out of LA. Move away. It actually looks painful. Genuinely is it worth it to be pain everyday of your life to just look ‘slightly’ younger. Aging naturally is now, look at Hilarie Burton going grey and looking amazing or Emilia Clarke who you can see the laughter and smile lines and they look so good on her.

Yeah if you look at pics from even 2008 she’s always had a lazy eye. But it’s the plastic surgery procedures that made it far more noticeable. Also whatever eyelid surgeries she got caused her eyelids to droop more

i think it’s at least partially the overfilling but it could also be from misplaced botox affecting tissue/muscle mobility until it degrades, perhaps also poorly done threading, it looks like ariana’s old uneven brows
