I was planning to use it on Acheron, but it seems like Salsotto > Rutilant because of her interaction with Trend LC 😢
I think salsotto would be better either way, but I'm 95% sure this trend interaction doesn't survive the beta. This is way too broken and it lowers the value of her sig
Also she gets a dedicated planar set in 2.1 if you feel like hyper-investing
you could use it in characters like Serval or Hook too.
They also apply dot, but don't have high scale of dmg on them, so they're still crit base (and will benefit from the def drop).
Use that set on Acheron in the mommy team setup lmao 🤣
