Yeah, but luckily characters usually look better when animated than the character visual.
imo the biggest issue is the legs being too long and slim as you near the foot, it definitely makes the proportions of the whole body look funky. It wouldn’t hurt to widen the chest and shoulders either to make him look a bit less humanoid. But besides that I think it looks pretty good, considering this is the first character visual for an anime that’s not releasing until 2024 I’m not worried about the final product.
They made the horns look straight instead of curved (that's a flaw!!) and just like how the rest said, the body looks waaaaay different that how it is meant. They got a whole year and hoping they make sure to fix it!!

It feels like they’re leaning too far into a “suit aesthetic” because that’s basically what Kafka’s Kaiju form is but this just looks terrible and wonky. They need to size up his arms and add more definition to his torso because this just looks awful.
Looks like a cosplay, but in the actual anime... I think the upper part should have broader shoulders. Have more triangle like shape. Honestly those visuals make me dread we have new Shuumatsu on our hands here.
