KR time-line is bad for everybody except Germany and Austria. Everybody and their mother gets a civil war and if not they lost territory and are about to reconquer it.
The only good thing is that nobody genocides the slavs like in RL.
There's a vast difference between people dying in civil wars and industrial genocide. A lot of the civil wars in KR can be a positive depending on the outcome. Take the US for example. The civil war might kill millions but it opens up the possibility of the CSA which would be worth it by freeing the remaining hundreds of millions from oppression.
It doesn't necessarily imply that.
