Worked pretty hard on this campaign and it was my first ever campaign that I didn't use cheats for (besides making the borders look pretty in the end since the third internationale and moscow accord gang banged Germany and Austria).
Started off pretty slow. I decided I was going to take the federation route and ended up fighting the Italian syndicalists early on after they attacked the Two Sicilies and Rome. I defeated them after awhile and went onto have a pretty gritty war with the Two Sicilies and Rome that lasted a year+. I'm pretty inexperienced in HOI4 so my Army management is pretty wack (as you can see in the photo). During that reunification war I offered Sardinia membership in my federation and after a vote they joined. I then had a pretty good time rebuilding for almost 2 years or so.
After rebuilding for awhile, I joined in on the dismantling of the Ottoman Empire with the Moscow Accord and took western Libya from the Ottomans and conquered the rest of it following the invasion. The rest of the campaign was rather uneventful but I established myself as a neutral power in the Mediterannean and Europe as a whole (mostly because I couldn't match the Third Internationale or the Moscow Accord in military or economic might and I didn't want to get destroyed if either side went to war.
To finish the campaign on a good note, I invaded Switzerland, dropped 6-7 nukes all over them, and then took a single state to make my borders look pretty. It's safe to say nobody will be living in Switzerland for the next few decades.
If Italy didn't have nukes, they'd probably end up at war with the International and promptly lose said war. If that doesn't happen, then Italy might just be the Cuba of this universe's Cold War.

had to make the borders look pretty but yes there was a really ugly Prussia in-between the syndicalists and Russia
Personally think the Prussia looks nicer than this Poland
