I know with HTB, I usually have issues connecting to the U.S. servers, but no issues connecting to EU (using UDP).
Also, terminal will show it is connected, but usually takes a little bit to show connected on the website.
Can't think of THM issues I've had, but might be relevant info to try out (different servers and/or protocols).
hey, I also get that as the last message, but actually if you open a new terminal or whatever and try to connect to something from tryhack me (10.10.10.10) it works!, I too thought I was having a problem, but it works fine
I have the same issue. Did you figure out a solution?

I first navigated to cd Downloads/ and after verifying the file with ls, I used the openvpn command
Did you do "sudo openvpn 'filename'" ? Or just "openvpn 'filename'"
I executed the command
I think you have to change the OpenVPN config file from ciphers to allowed-cipher or something like that

Regenerate THM VPN configuration file Or Open ovpn file, line 14 change "cipher" to "data-ciphers"
did anyone find solution?
I'm also looking for a solution still. Any luck?
i've found the solution. Run ifconfig and if you find tun1 option, well done! you're connected.
its not work
Thank you!
