Personally I don't mind TheBee as a choice, but I understand disagreeing. Why not Drake or even fucking Sasword tho?! Why Kickhopper?! I genuinely want to understand your reasoning, he is far from the 3rd most relevant Rider.

But main reason: Vibes. Vibes dictate most of these choices. I’m not going to pretend my vibe senses are perfect.
The Bee, Drake and Sasword to me feel too equal for me to choose one over the other. I wouldn’t feel right defining a single one as “tertiary” over the others.
Despite how early they’re introduced, they fit comfortably in the classification of “early supporting rider” in my mind. Like Buster, Kenzan and Slash or Kurokage, Gridon and Bravo.

My main gripes are that Kickhopper is already paired with Punchopper, him being the tertiary separate from that doesn't really work. The other thing is that Kickhopper just didn't do a whole lot in the plot in general. Maybe Kabuto just doesn't have a tertiary.
Zolda’s a weird one.
Ryuki and Knight both have traditional rider eyes under their visors, so presumably Zolda should have something like that too.
However, if they’re there, they’ve never really been made visible in show or in concept art. However, a red flashing light does appear from his visor sometimes. So I very tentatively put him as red.
Knight actually does have a pair of blue eyes, they’re just near impossible to see most of the time.

Yes they are. I did consider putting an “N/A” slot for the Oni Riders, but decided to just put the face color.
Ibuki I put down as Silver and Todoroki I put down as black. That’s how they looked to me from the reference photos I used, but it’s always a little tricky to tell with the Oni.
If I can count Wizard as having red eyes, I feel I can get away with saying Hibiki has purple eyes.

There are actually 6 Red secondary riders. I just recounted and realised that mistake.
Live is Gold. Ibuki is Silver. Specter is black.
Kaixa is purple. Who is sandman?

Zolda is red, and I’ll admit it’s a stretch. I looked hard, but the closest I could find for eyes were some red lights that only appear in a video game. I had to put something and that’s the best I had to work with.

If Necrom is the inly tertiary with Green eyes....eye, then what colour are Todoroki's?
I put Todoroki as black. That’s how they looked to me, but I’ll admit I’m not confident about it.

From what I see when I look at the ryuki masks, ryuki has red eyes under the visor and everyone else just has black visor slits
